• As a M&A business sponsor who closed 2 successful strategic acquisitions at Google.

• As a board advisor for high growth start-ups.

• As an trainer who has taught over 60k students of all ages on how to leverage technology for creativity and business innovation.

• As the founder of BreakBeatCode, a nonprofit that teaches students how to create music with code and develop technical courage.

• As the founder of Found42 LLC, a for profit training and consulting company helping professionals and entrepreneurs use AI to transform their work, redesign their careers, and launch new ventures.

After 15  years leading business development at Google, Richard Achée was unexpectedly laid off in early 2025. Instead of returning to the corporate loop, he spent a single week harnessing generative AI tools to write a business plan, form an LLC, build a website, and sell his first products. That sprint crystallized his conviction that anyone—with the right blend of artistic imagination, engineering rigor, and technical courage—can turn ideas into impact at unprecedented speed.

Richard now channels his business expertise, a lifelong love of coaching and mentoring, and a teacher’s mindset to help everyone learn how to use AI effectively to address their most pressing challenges.
